Glexemel under Windows

This Tutorial shows you how to convert the *.xml text-file, which the Blender exporter creates, into a binary *.g3d file, which can than be used in Glest. Unfortunately the program Glexemel, which does the conversion, is a command-line tool and it is not easy to use for everyone. So here is a detailed description.
