The Guard, formerly known as Heavy Swordman in some previous vanilla Glest versions, is a unit for the Megapack's/Magitech's Tech faction. It is stronger than the normal swordman in terms of attack and armor but has a slower movement speed.

Requirements

Guards can only be recruited/promoted from swordmen when the player has a Barracks and aBlacksmith.
