The Lab is the UNATF faction's upgrade center, the equivalent to Tech's Blacksmith. It does not research any unlocking upgrades, but instead focuses entirely on upgrades that boost the abilities or stats of UNATF's units.

• Increases the attack strength of explosive based units.

Combustible Warfare

• Increases the power, HP, and move speed of the Flamethrower.

Teflon Enhancement

• Increases the armor and move speed of infantry units.

Payload Missiles

• Increases the strength and rate of fire of missile based attacks.

Obtaining

The Lab is built by the Private after constructing a Factory and performing the Explosives upgrade. This makes it a medium-late game building.
