Ming (faction)

Template:Faction The Ming faction is a chinese faction based during the Ming dynasty (1368 AD to 1644 AD). Created by Mr War, the faction historically based, with units such as the Liang Xian (wolf spear) and Qui Zi (banner bearer). Ming is distributed in its own self-named techtree, but is compatible with the Japanese faction as well as the MegaPack and Imperial.
History
The faction was original introduced on the Glest Board on 23 November 2011, with two betas being released on 12 December and 16 December 2011. Version 0.1 was released for download on 19 January 2012.
A small downloadable modification was made for the faction in January 2012 to enable it to run on the Glest Advanced Engine. Details can be found on the Glest board thread.
GAE version
There are no current plans for an official GAE port, but an unofficial port was created by Kiko and can be download here.
