Plutonium Extraction is an upgrade in the UNATF faction of the Military techtree. It allows the construction of the Missile Silo, which has the powerful Nuke special attack.
Usage
The Nuke special attack can turn a game full way around, so should be a goal to achieve before your opponent.
Obtaining
Plutonium Extraction is an extremely late game upgrade, initiated from the Reactor, requiring a Factory and the Titanium Refining upgrade.
