This is meant to go at the bottom of a disambiguation page (a page with a list of internal links to compare things of the same name). ie: if there's three pages all with the same name (or similar), then the disambiguation page serves to allow the viewer to choose which page they wished to go to.

These pages should NOT be linked to from an internal link, and any internal links for disambiguation pages should be edited to point to their proper pages.

This template goes at the bottom of a disambiguation page, and automatically adds the page to the Disambiguation pages category.
