Usage
This template is used for quotes, but unlike {{Q}} which uses simple double quotes, this template uses left/right double quotes ( “...” ).
Syntax
Type {{Qplus|quote|person who said quote}} on a page that uses a quote.

“All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.”
