Pictures

Hi Trappin,

I suppose you're the one asking for pictures for various pages on the WikiStickies...? If so, I think we should not post too many pictures. Pictures make pageloads slower and use more bandwidth. Some people have slow dial-up connections and others have trafic limitations (can only download/upload so much data through their Internet connection per month). Hence, I think we should limit the pictures on this wikia to those that really do add some useful information which could not easily be conveyed through text. Trying to make this as accessible as possible for everyone.

If it wasn't you who posted the stickies... HTH do I know who was? LOL Got a clue...?

Not me! We must have triggered a wikibot or attracted attention from an administrator. I'm a terrible editor and make repeated mistakes requiring more editing - so my edit count is getting quite high for the amount of work actually completed :P We have a little slice of heaven here on the wikia and I hope it remains low profile - else we attract wikijerks :P

Ah yes, bots... they usually have a rather odd way of thinking, don't they? lol Yeah, well, my editing skills and yours are very similar! And yes, a low profile does keep things nice. But then again, if barely anyone comes here... what's the point? Incidentally, I noticed someone a while back protected a page here, something which was later undone (by hailstone, I think), Could we maybe protect this wiki as a whole and only grant editing permissions to users commited not to jerk off (no pun intended!) the wiki? (btw, in technical terms, I don't really know what I'm talking about! I.e. I don't know if that can be done. :P) --Jda 08:53, December 11, 2009 (UTC)
