Wartime Negotiations is an upgrade in the UNATF faction of the Military techtree. It re-enforces the Headquarters by giving it +15000 HP, +15 sight, +30 armor, and +50% production speed. This is one of the last upgrades produced due to its requirements, but enforces your most important building: the Headquarters, against the growingly powerful foes.

Usage

Because of the nature of boosts, this one should be attempted as soon as possible in game to ensure you have an advantage over your opponent, or at least can equal them.
